Founded in 1984, Questor Resourcing was set up with the intention of offering a high quality technical recruitment service to clients and candidates alike, throughout the UK.
The founders' vision was to create a recruitment company driven by customer satisfaction - using its consultants’ indepth technical knowledge to gain a precise understanding of a client’s recruitment needs, to focus on a candidate’s areas of expertise to help them achieve their dream roles and progress their career, and to provide an alternative consultative approach to the traditionally sales and volume driven recruitment industry.

Focusing primarily on technical recruitment, we nonetheless have broad-ranging experience across a wide range of sectors and environments. We boast over half a century of recruitment experience.
With considerable career experience within the IT sector, we have significant knowledge of all levels of project delivery, from analysis, design and development through roll-out, having successfully carried out these tasks ourselves.
