
All members of the THINK Project team have signed the following confidentiality agreement. Any information that THINK is given will remain confidential & will not be disclosed to any individual outside the project.
THINK Team Confidentiality Agreement
During the course of your membership of the THINK Team, you will have access to knowledge of, or be entrusted with, information of a confidential nature. Confidential information means (but is not restricted to) all or any information about
THINK, our policies, organisation, strategies techniques, research and development, future plans, members, suppliers, operating practices and any information in respect of which THINK owes an obligation of confidence to a third party.
You may not at any time during or after the end of your membership of the THINK Team disclose any of our confidential information, either literally or by implication, except in the proper course of your membership, or as required by law.
You acknowledge that:
• THINK possesses a valuable body of internal confidential information;
• THINK will give you access to internal confidential information in order that
you may carry out your duties. Your duties include, without limitation, a duty of trust and confidentiality and a duty to act at all times in THINK's interests;
• Your knowledge of internal confidential information directly benefits you by
enabling you to perform your duties;
• The disclosure of any internal confidential information to others may cause
immeasurable (financial and other) damage both to individuals outside the organisation and to THINK's ability to fulfil its objects and the activities
which THINK undertakes in pursuance of those objects.
• You will not disclose any confidential information you have acquired since
your involvement as a Trustee or in any other working capacity with THINK, either specifically, or by implication. NOTE: this may require that you pretend
you do not have information which you do have.
Signed confidentiality documents are held by the THINK Project secretary.
