Our client is a highly successful software company based in south Bucks near High Wycombe & Maidenhead. Continued growth had opened up this exciting new opportunity to really expand your support and Supply Chain/Distribution Software experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
With a background in software support, you must have knowledge of Supply Chain/Distribution Software. Strong customer service and problem solving skills will be highly valued; you are a team player who is also willing to take on responsibility and work independently. The role may involve travel within the UK and overseas: A valid driving licence is essential
Prior Experience - you will have:
- Solid experience in a customer-focused role in a service oriented environment
- Business Studies qualification, for example Degree, BTEC, HND or AAT
- Good general Knowledge of Trading / Distribution Principles
Personal Skills:
- Be able to investigate unfamiliar problems and generate an effective solutions in a systematic and logical manner
- Have excellent customer care and strong interpersonal skills
- Project a professional image
- Be adaptable and work as an effective member of a team
