Accounts Software Support Analyst

Salary: to 36k + bens, incl shift allowance

Based in Watford, our client is a major retail organisation and household name; a highly successful and well regarded business still growing even in this difficult market. Having opened a number of additional stores in recent months, they seek to recruit additional support analysts who MUST have problem solving skills and experience of accounting software, possibly as ledger clerk or similar.

As an Accounts Software Support Analyst, you will be part of a small team helping customers at around 200 sites, by phone and email; this is a busy and interesting position, requiring you to be a self-motivated and confident team player who can also cope when alone and use your initiative.

Due to the nature of the business units being supported, this role will be 11am – 7pm Monday to Friday. You will be on a rota to cover some weekend hours with a company phone and laptop from home.
