Questor is a specialist technical IT recruitment consultancy established more than 20 years ago.

Founded in 1984 by a Programmer and Systems Manager, Questor was set up with the view of offering a quality service to clients and candidates alike across the UK.

This was a company that would be driven by customer satisfaction and pride in the service provided. A company that used its consultants’ technical knowledge to gain a precise understanding of a client’s needs, to focus on a candidate’s areas of expertise to help them achieve their dream roles, and to provide an alternative consultative approach to a sales and volume driven industry.

That principle remains a tenet today. A client should not have to sift through dozens of CVs that lack the technical skills match sought, nor should a candidate be treated as the next meal-ticket.

To that end Questor consultants do not work on a commission structure. The motivation comes largely from the desire to see a happy union between candidate and client, and the renewed business that such success brings.
